what is eating normal today seem to be salads and almost no meat, including fish, if anything animal proteinish it seem to be chicken only. Also almost all grain foods is at an minimum, potatoes too, because that stuff makes us fat.....well that will be so if we just activate us by doing things on the computer all day office work, computet games, lazily surfing the www Ok, there is another norm eating group too, the pizza and fully processed microwavable dishes eating group.

the answer to the OP question, if one train regular and seriously as all karatekas do, then eat as the salad group but add good amount of all kinds of meat and grain and potatoes, this will boost for even more serious and fun training smile Ps: dont get fooled by gym hipsters drinking protein-shakes and crunching protein-bars, that stuff is not even half as nutritious as an freshly baked kebab pizza. /Trick

For someone training regularly although not at the elite level, is it really necessary to eat differently from a "normal" person ?
